  • 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
  • 1 liter of chicken broth


  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken breast and shrimp, and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. Add the sliced carrots and cabbage, and cook until they are slightly wilted.
  5. Add the tofu, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper, and stir until everything is well combined.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Add the bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  9. Serve the Capcay with steamed rice.
