  • 100 grams of sliced cabbage


Follow these steps to make Laksan Palembang:

  1. Mix rice flour with water until well combined.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any lumps.
  3. Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish and steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
  4. Cut the cooked rice flour noodles into small pieces and set aside.

  9. Prepare the toppings by arranging fried shallots, sliced cucumber, bean sprouts, sliced carrot, and sliced cabbage in separate bowls.
  10. Serve the Laksan Palembang with the toppings and enjoy!
