Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the egg. Mix well. 2. Slowly add the water while kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. 3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant. 6. Add the minced chicken and cook until it changes color. 7. Add the salt, pepper, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir well. 8. Add the carrot and celery and cook for 2-3 minutes. 9. Remove from heat and let it cool down. 10. On a floured surface, roll out the dough thinly and cut into 3-inch squares. 11. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each square. 12. Fold the square into a triangle and pinch the edges together to seal. 13. Place the pangsit on a tray lined with parchment paper and cover with a damp towel to prevent them from drying out. 14. Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat. 15. Fry the pangsit until golden brown and crispy. 16. Serve hot with sweet and sour dipping sauce.
